The role
Solve applied ML tasks by iterating on problems that test and improve model reasoning, from baseline to optimized workflows.
Evaluate scientific writing against review rubrics for clarity, correctness, and impact.
Debug advanced model behavior by probing LLMs on optimization, fairness, regularization, transformers, and applied NLP.
Design new benchmark tasks by identifying datasets, analyzing state-of-the-art papers, building evaluation scripts, and providing reference implementations.
Improve training datasets through structured feedback to make AI outputs more accurate, reliable, and useful.
Operate in a remote, contract-based setting with autonomy, contributing to cutting-edge AI training initiatives and performance gains.
