The role
Develop and operate data-driven models to measure and optimize mortgage servicing operations. Build automated forecasting tools and dashboards to produce timely, accurate insights that influence profitability. Forecast monthly metrics and present business reviews highlighting key drivers and cost-reduction opportunities. Provide analytical support to operations leaders to improve planning, efficiency, controls, and client experience. Translate business requirements into data analyses and standardized processes that meet governance and data integrity standards. Collaborate across functions to implement data-driven initiatives aligned with organizational values of accountability, reliability, and ethics.
