The role
Part-time IT Support role in a creative architecture studio, reporting to the IT Manager.
Provide face-to-face and remote IT support to staff with a practical, hands-on approach.
Diagnose and resolve MacOS issues quickly, while managing hardware maintenance and inventory.
Administer Office 365 (Exchange and Teams) and troubleshoot basic network problems.
Set up equipment for new starters, meetings, and presentations; oversee Jamf environment.
Seek longevity, clear guidance for non-technical colleagues, and support ad hoc IT tasks.
