The role
Lead and inspire a dynamic Food, Hospitality & Catering department within a secondary school, shaping an exciting and adventurous curriculum.
Develop students' practical and academic skills, ensuring high-quality teaching and ambitious progress for all learners.
Lead curriculum development for KS3 and KS4, including Level 1/2 qualifications and GCSEs, with robust sequencing of skills and knowledge.
Drive department improvement through effective line management, staff development, and enhancement of resources and facilities.
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver innovative learning experiences while upholding safeguarding and pastoral standards.
Requires Qualified Teacher Status and a proven or potential track record in leading Food, Hospitality & Catering in a secondary setting.
