HR Operations Partner
As an HR Operations Partner, you will be the go-to expert for Workday-driven employee lifecycle support across 25+ markets, ensuring a best-in-class experience. You will manage hire-to-retire HR transactions in Workday, including complex updates and mass data uploads, aligned with established HR practices. You will route complex queries to the appropriate teams, ensuring timely, end-to-end resolution. Monitor SLAs, identify process improvements, and contribute to global HR Projects to enhance the employee experience. Collaborate with Global HR Operations Partners to maintain consistency and high-quality service while respecting local nuances. Maintain confidentiality, apply analytical thinking, and deliver efficient transactional support to colleagues worldwide.
