The role
This role designs and implements advanced data science and agentic AI models to support risk and compliance initiatives in the fintech/payments domain.
Lead and manage data science projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and reporting systems to enable data-driven decision-making.
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights; collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs.
Ensure data quality and integrity through audits, validation, and governance, while mentoring junior data scientists.
Strong practical focus on Python/SQL, risk analytics, and underwriting within financial services.
