The role
Lead the design and deployment of scalable ML infrastructure leveraging LLMs and deep learning to enable open financial systems. Collaborate with management and stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps and translate them into actionable quarterly plans. Drive project execution by managing priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, delivering high-quality, well-tested Python code. Design scalable, secure systems using state-of-the-art AI/ML technologies and industry best practices. Mentor engineers on design principles, coding standards, and the adoption of AI productivity tools; troubleshoot complex issues to improve reliability and scalability. Ensure architectural integrity and cross-team coordination; enable ML-driven features such as recommendations, risk assessment, and chatbots.
