The role
Oversee the construction of large-scale viaducts and bridge structures from planning through to completion.
Plan, schedule, and manage all project phases to deliver on time and within budget.
Lead coordination with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
Ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance while implementing robust safety practices.
Maintain cost control, identify savings, and optimize budgets without compromising safety or quality.
Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and clear communication through regular progress reporting and meetings.
