The role
HR Advisor role located in Manchester onsite, delivering legally compliant HR and Employment Law support to clients via telephone.
Join a well-established HR consultancy and own end-to-end advisory cases, building rapport and ensuring timely, practical solutions.
Responsibilities include logging advice in the internal system, signposting to pre-prepared documents, and escalating where needed.
Maintain up-to-date HR knowledge, meet SLA targets, provide training, and contribute to client onboarding and Welcome Calls.
Requirements include a can-do attitude, strong communication and relationship-building skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and solid time management.
CIPD Level 5+ is desirable with study support; suitable for retail, hospitality or care management professionals seeking HR progression.
