The role
Provide expert nursing care for critically ill patients in an intensive care setting, with continuous monitoring and timely interventions.
Assess patient conditions, implement individualized care plans, and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Operate and monitor life-support systems and advanced medical equipment, ensuring safety and rapid response to emergencies.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes.
Deliver compassionate support to patients and families, including education, reassurance, and clear communication.
Requirements include active RN license in Illinois, ACLS and BLS certifications, and demonstrated experience in high-acuity or ICU settings.
