The role
Act as the primary contact for current and prospective customers in a fast-paced sign center. Interact with clients via email, phone, in-person, and on-site visits to build lasting relationships and convert prospects into long-term clients. Use CorelDRAW or Adobe Illustrator to assist with design concepts and production-ready graphics. Prepare estimates, create and manage work orders, and ensure timely, accurate delivery of custom signage. Collaborate in daily team meetings and contribute to marketing plans to drive center success.
