The role
Design and implement advanced AI models using the latest LLM and GenAI technologies to develop fair and accurate hiring models.
Clearly and cogently present your work and ideas, and respond effectively to feedback.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Research Scientists and Software Engineers, to integrate AI-driven products into hiring processes.
Stay at the forefront of AI research by exploring NLP, LLMs, and GenAI techniques to drive innovation in talent acquisition.
Implement NLP models to extract insights from diverse data sources and support data-driven decision making.
Contribute to the scientific community through publications, presentations, and collaborations with academic institutions.
