The role
The Regional Operations Manager oversees the operational performance of the Out of Home network within a designated region, ensuring service, quality, and cost objectives are achieved. The role involves managing supplier performance via contractual and service level agreements, building strong relationships with teams to support operational demand, and addressing risks to ensure service continuity. The individual will recruit and train suppliers, negotiate costs, and support network growth through capacity planning. Additionally, they will focus on route optimisation, inbound activities, and data-driven operational improvements. The role requires experience in logistics or transport with strong stakeholder management and analytical skills, along with a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
