The role
Oversee daily transport operations in Warrington to ensure on-time deliveries and efficient route execution.
Supervise and coach drivers, dispatchers, and carrier partners to meet service levels.
Plan routes, optimize schedules, and coordinate freight movements to minimize costs and delays.
Ensure compliance with road transport regulations, tachograph rules, health and safety policies, and internal procedures.
Monitor performance metrics, manage incident reporting, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with warehouse and customer service teams to resolve issues and uphold service quality.
