Commis Chef

Support the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations and food preparation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items and special offers to provide accurate information to customers. Operate kitchen equipment safely, report maintenance needs, and assist with till as required. Ensure all areas are clean, well-organized, and fully stocked in line with COSHH and Food Safety regulations. Deliver excellent customer service on the front line and communicate effectively within the team. Role requires catering experience, a proactive attitude, and flexibility in a Monday–Friday, 40-hour week.
