The role
Lead the strategic direction and day-to-day execution of the full supply chain function across manufacturing sites in the UK.
Develop and implement an end-to-end supply chain strategy to elevate performance, profitability, and sustainability.
Oversee logistics, purchasing, warehousing, and production planning to ensure cost control, resilience, and efficiency.
Strengthen procurement through supplier relationship management, strategic sourcing, and competitive contract negotiation.
Drive packaging and waste reduction initiatives, regulatory compliance, and health & safety across operations.
Provide financial oversight including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and foster a high-performance culture aligned to growth goals.
