The role
A property lawyer with a minimum of six years' PQE and qualifications in England & Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland is sought to work within a team specialising in legal innovation and change management. The role involves collaborating with technologists, lawyers, and stakeholders to identify and implement technology-enabled improvements in legal service delivery. Responsibilities include designing solutions, managing change initiatives, supporting adoption and training, and contributing to business development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong transactional real estate experience, excellent communication skills, and a solutions-oriented mindset dedicated to enhancing client outcomes. A proactive, curious, and adaptable approach to driving innovation and continuous improvement is essential. Technical skills required include knowledge of legal technology tools, process improvement, and project management methodologies.
