The role
Lead and deliver accurate pre-construction and construction estimates for a range of projects.
Analyze drawings, specifications, and scope to develop comprehensive bid packages and cost plans.
Identify cost drivers, assess risks, and apply value engineering to optimize budgets.
Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
Prepare and present estimates in a clear, organized format with supporting documentation.
Support site visits and in-office work as needed to gather information and finalize proposals.
