The role
A Business Analyst investigates organisational issues, analysing data and identifying potential improvements to enhance efficiency. They conduct feasibility studies and present findings within business cases to stakeholders. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. Business Analysts follow guidelines set by recognised certification standards, often pursuing professional qualifications. They work independently and as part of a team, assessing various business elements and recommending strategic changes. Technical expertise may include data analysis, process modelling, and familiarity with business analysis methodologies.
