The role
The network engineer will be responsible for designing, deploying, and supporting network infrastructure for corporate real estate initiatives, including new builds, expansions, and relocations. They will collaborate with project teams to support technical design, configure network components such as LAN, WLAN, WAN, and SD-WAN, and prepare Bill of Materials based on site layouts. Maintaining documentation for all network deliverables and participating in site surveys and ongoing maintenance is essential. The role requires experience with networking platforms like Cisco, Arista, and Palo Alto, and knowledge of security principles including firewalls and VPNs. Effective communication, problem-solving skills, and project lifecycle experience are necessary, supported by relevant certifications and a degree.
