The role
Own projects from preconstruction through final closeout, taking responsibility for schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
Lead project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for multimillion-dollar civil construction initiatives.
Collaborate closely with field leadership to drive productivity, resolve issues, and maintain safe, efficient workflows.
Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely delivery.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, inspectors, engineers, and stakeholders while ensuring contract compliance and robust documentation.
Proactively identify risks and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
