The role
Design, implement, and optimize large-scale continual pre-training pipelines for vision-language foundation models (LLM/VLM).
Integrate diverse multimodal data streams from multiple sensors to improve perception capabilities in autonomous driving contexts.
Develop rigorous evaluation metrics and methodologies to measure performance and transferability of continually pre-trained models.
Build production-ready systems, including training, evaluation, and deployment workflows at scale in both onboard and offboard environments.
Stay at the forefront of LLM/VLM and continual learning research, translating findings into practical, scalable solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align model capabilities with downstream perception, planning, and decision-making components.
