The role
An in-house legal position has become available for a commercially minded solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE, based in Greater Manchester. The role involves working closely with the General Counsel and legal team on a wide range of commercial legal and contractual matters, with opportunities to specialise in projects, construction, corporate governance, and company secretarial duties. The successful candidate will be a generalist lawyer, experienced in handling diverse legal issues, and comfortable engaging with stakeholders across the organisation. The role requires a solicitor with strong legal skills, good communication, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment. The organisation is a leading provider of infrastructure services, focusing on renewable energy and utilities, with significant growth plans in the UK and internationally.
