The role
A hands-on leadership role in a growing practice, working closely with the owner to shape client service.
Lead and develop a team from trainees to qualified accountants, and oversee workflows and deadlines.
Manage a portfolio of SME Ltd company clients, reviewing statutory accounts, corporation tax, and personal tax.
Attend client meetings, nurture relationships, and deliver proactive, advisory support.
Offer a genuine progression path toward Associate Director, Director, and equity for the right person.
Office-based, 45k-55k plus benefits, with flexible hours and a supportive, non-corporate culture.
