The role
Support the finance function in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with accurate financial reporting and day-to-day accounting tasks.
Assist with month-end close including accruals, prepayments, journals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Maintain and reconcile stock, WIP, and cost of sales; contribute to standard costing and production variance analysis.
Handle cost allocation, particularly time allocation from timesheets and expenses; manage fixed assets, depreciation, and capex reporting.
Assist with VAT returns and statutory reporting, and support audits with internal and external stakeholders.
Support process improvements and ERP system implementation (from XERO to SAP) and provide support for transactional accounting tasks.
