The role
Assist senior attorneys with a broad range of legal matters, including research, drafting and reviewing contracts, and supporting compliance initiatives.
Perform in-depth legal research and help prepare filings, correspondence, and organized legal documentation.
Support contract negotiations by conducting due diligence and reviewing drafts.
Contribute to the development and updating of internal policies, procedures, and governance practices.
Assist with litigation support and other strategic legal projects as needed.
The role requires a JD, Indiana bar admission or eligibility, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to work well both independently and in a team within a hybrid work setup.
