The role
Lead the design, development, and deployment of production-ready ML models for ranking, search, recommendations, and personalization.
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to ship user-facing features powered by ML and experimentation.
Leverage user behavior data to identify opportunities for discovery and improved UX across the product.
Own ML features from concept to production, iterating with metrics to monitor and improve performance.
Work with tools like GCP Vertex AI, BigQuery, and Airflow to scale ML solutions and integrate CI/CD workflows.
Apply a product-minded, agile approach to deliver measurable business impact while maintaining maintainable, scalable code.
