The role
Provide expert legal counsel on a wide range of matters impacting the business, focusing on corporate law and contract strategy.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts, including vendor, service, and partnership agreements.
Ensure regulatory compliance across federal, state, and local laws; advise on corporate governance and policy development.
Manage pending litigation and coordinate with outside counsel while maintaining proactive risk assessments.
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda; deliver clear opinions to support strategic decisions.
Operate in a fully remote capacity in the U.S., collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior staff as needed.
