The role
As a Data Science Lead focused on Quant Modeling, you will work across product teams to translate data into actionable strategy.
Design and monitor core metrics, identify root causes of metric movements, and build robust statistical and machine learning models.
Develop LTV and ROI predictions to inform user growth strategies and cross-functional initiatives.
Lead model-driven analyses, uncover inter-product insights, and translate findings into scalable product improvements.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and data teams to design experiments and analyze A/B test results to steer product direction.
Communicate complex results clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders and drive data-informed decision making.
