The role
Entry-level sales reps wanted with zero experience; fast start and high commissions.
Three-day training followed by field work in storm-damage restoration sales.
Duties include door-to-door prospecting, inspecting for hail or wind damage, and presenting insurance-supported solutions.
Own your territory, manage your pipeline in a CRM, and close deals with a 10% commission on every sale.
Typical earnings: first-year averages around $150K-$200K; top performers over $350K.
Requirements: 21+, valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, 30-50 hours/week, in-person, within one hour of Chicago, commission-only pay.
