The role
Lead the development and integration of AI/ML solutions into the imaging platform used for clinical trials.
Define technical architecture, establish best practices, and champion AI/ML capabilities across the organization.
Build and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers and scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Develop talent strategies including recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and career development.
Collaborate with scientists, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions and ensure governance.
Stay current with AI research, drive innovation, contribute to IP, and oversee ML-Ops activities like versioning, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
