The role
Lead the vision and roadmap for Earner Guidance, empowering Earners to maximize earnings and plan ahead.
Define initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional teams to align product and business goals.
Translate user needs into clear requirements, hypotheses, and measurable outcomes.
Iterate using data from dashboards, experiments, and user research to improve the product.
Own the value proposition and coach Earners on when and where to drive, and how to earn smarter.
Build a data-driven culture and collaborate with global partners to balance user and business trade-offs.
