The role
This program provides formal training and hands-on rotations across Global Markets product areas, including fixed income, credit, currency, commodities, and equity. You will rotate through sales, trading, origination, and structuring/quantitative analysis, gaining exposure to different functions and client-facing activities. Responsibilities include assisting with sales, trading, and hedging; helping originate, structure, and model transactions; assessing market trends and providing quantitative data for clients; performing market and quantitative research; assisting in structuring, pricing, and executing trades; handling day-to-day transaction needs such as reconciliation and clearing; supporting development and launch of new products; and helping educate clients about complex structures and technical products.
