The role
This position offers flexible scheduling and hybrid/remote work options within a collaborative Transactions team.
Primary duties focus on general corporate and commercial contract matters with opportunities to handle corporate transactions.
Experience in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and securities law (1933 and 1934 Acts) is preferred.
Candidates with experience in trademarks, SAAS/licensing agreements, or data privacy will be considered.
Part-time and full-time arrangements are available, with no requirement to build a book of business.
Must be licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction and demonstrate excellent writing and analytical abilities.
