The role
Oversee all regulatory compliance activities for the dispensary, aligning policies with state and local cannabis laws.
Manage licensing, permits, and registrations—securing necessary approvals for processing and distribution.
Develop and implement compliance policies, training programs, and standard operating procedures.
Conduct audits, risk assessments, and ongoing monitoring to identify and remediate compliance gaps.
Coordinate health, safety, security measures, labeling, packaging, and advertising compliance.
Prepare and submit required regulatory reports, stay updated on legislation, and advise management on compliance strategy.
