The role
Handle a caseload of lower-complexity litigation matters from inception through trial and appeal, under supervision.
Develop and apply effective litigation and negotiation strategies; conduct legal research and persuasive writing.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other filing documents; participate in court events and depositions under supervision.
Provide case analysis and recommendations to insured clients and claim partners on file handling strategy.
Build and maintain strong internal and external client relationships; leverage technology and case management tools.
Travel as required; adapt to evolving needs and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team.
