Sr Data Scientist

Lead the development and implementation of advanced data science models and credit risk strategies for lending decisions. Partner with cross-functional teams (ML, Fraud, Compliance, Marketing, Product, Engineering) to translate requirements into data-driven solutions. Own KPI metrics related to new accounts, applications, and portfolio performance; monitor signals and proactively address emerging risks. Ensure data quality, integrity, and scalable analytics across end-to-end data science workflows. Mentor junior data scientists and stay current with industry trends and best practices. Drive end-to-end project execution with minimal supervision, communicating complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
