The role
Design, implement, and optimize complex AI/ML systems and model-serving architectures for enterprise workloads, with emphasis on scalability, security, and production-readiness.
Lead technical decision-making across data, model, and infrastructure layers, providing hands-on leadership, design reviews, and mentorship.
Develop reusable frameworks and tools to accelerate AI engineering across teams; analyze large-scale data, telemetry, and inference performance.
Architect distributed training, evaluation, and experimentation workflows; optimize end-to-end model lifecycle.
Collaborate with architects, product leaders, and engineers to define requirements, feasibility, and implementation plans; participate in incident response and operational support.
Evaluate emerging AI and cloud technologies, contribute to the AI roadmap, ensure governance, security, and responsible AI standards.
