The role
Greet guests and assess travel interests to tailor recommendations that meet their needs.
Present vacation ownership products to generate sales volume while upholding ethical, professional representation.
Maintain proactive communication with clients through email, phone, and written correspondence and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Generate referral leads with each new client and apply proven selling concepts and best practices.
Attend weekly sales training and uphold high standards for sales volume, ethics, and behavior with customers and coworkers.
Work a 5-day schedule (including weekends/holidays) with opportunities for growth, bonuses, and recognition.
