The role
Lead the annual strategic planning process, evaluating market opportunities and building robust business cases.
Develop long-range financial plans and scenarios that integrate strategic initiatives with operating plans.
Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to identify growth levers and drive data-driven decisions.
Track KPIs, analyze performance, and present insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
Collaborate with executives to assess new business lines, market expansion, and margin optimization, ensuring optimal capital allocation.
Prepare materials for the Board, investors, and lenders, translating complex analyses into compelling narratives.
