The role
Own end-to-end data infrastructure to support customer-centric planning, including maintaining ETL pipelines from Zendesk, WMS, and OMS.
Directly operate Airflow and Presto clusters and design scalable data pipelines from raw data to insight.
Develop automation tools using Python and AI integrations (LangChain, Copilot) to reduce manual work.
Translate business questions into concrete data projects and deliver high-quality ad-hoc analyses and dashboards.
Collaborate with Supplier Support, Customer Support, and Andon to identify pain points and root causes in the user lifecycle.
Ensure data quality, monitor pipelines, build data marts, and maintain documentation with GitHub PR workflows.
