The role
Lead business disputes and transactional matters for small businesses in Tulsa, combining practice in transactions, conflict resolution, and litigation.
Provide end-to-end services: entity formation, contracts, licenses, and review of vendor or customer agreements; prepare and file pleadings as needed.
Represent clients in conflict-driven matters such as breaches, negotiations, demand letters, and potential litigation from petition to resolution.
Litigation responsibilities include appearances, hearings, and negotiations, with a focus on efficient matter progression from start to closure.
Operate with a 6-hour daily billable expectation to support work-life balance, while earning performance-based bonuses for hours, new clients, and client retention.
Career growth paths include non-equity partner, senior counsel, and senior lawyer roles based on experience and performance.
