The role
Support complex general and business litigation matters as part of a collaborative team.
Engage in all phases of litigation, from discovery and investigation through trial.
Draft motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence with parties and clients.
Defend clients during depositions and conduct examinations of opposing parties and witnesses.
Participate in hearings and trials, and perform targeted legal research to support strategy.
Ideal candidates will be admitted to the Indiana bar, with 2-5 years of litigation experience and strong writing and analytical skills, plus familiarity with Indiana or Federal procedural rules.
