The role
Lead cutting-edge AI/ML research initiatives across deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
Design, implement, and evaluate novel algorithms and models with strong theoretical and practical grounding.
Plan and conduct rigorous experiments to validate hypotheses and publish results in top-tier venues.
Collaborate with engineers to translate research prototypes into production-ready systems.
Mentor junior researchers and engineers, driving project execution in a remote-first environment.
Identify emerging AI/ML trends and contribute to strategy, impact, and IP opportunities.
