The role
Produce accurate cost estimates and budgets for community amenities, commercial buildings, customer homes, and site infrastructure from concept through final design.
Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and coordinate with design teams to support design development, value engineering, and project phasing.
Solicit bids from subcontractors and suppliers, conduct scope reviews, and level bids to ensure competitive pricing.
Collaborate with civil engineers, architects, interior designers, and project managers to align designs with budget goals.
Track regional material and labor cost trends and contribute to cash flow planning and financial forecasting.
Support permitting efforts with cost data tied to scope requirements and manage multiple estimates across development phases.
