Resident Doctor Critical Care

A position for experienced Resident Doctors specialising in Adult Critical Care is available in Birmingham at The Harborne Hospital. Candidates will manage low patient occupancy, monitor and stabilise patients, including ventilatory support, and perform advanced procedures like central venous access and airway management. The role involves meticulous record-keeping, interdisciplinary collaboration, and acting as an airway specialist during emergencies. Night shifts are supported by a registered nurse, with remote access to a consultant and dedicated rest facilities. Required qualifications include full GMC registration, postgraduate training in Intensive Care Medicine or related fields, and experience in Level 3 Adult Critical Care.
