The role
Lead and manage a portfolio of clients, delivering premium Accounting and Financial Reporting services.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, FRS102, FRS101 and Companies Act reporting requirements and stay current with UK standards.
Manage project working capital, budgeting, billing and debt recoverability to support cash flow.
Provide advisory support to non-audit clients and assist with audit processes where applicable.
Coach, supervise and develop junior AFR team members, setting objectives and development plans.
Identify opportunities for service growth and contribute to business development with Partners and Directors.
