The role
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems to support healthcare recruitment software.
Build RESTful APIs, integrate with front-end interfaces and third-party services, and enforce security and reliability.
Optimize performance and scalability, identify bottlenecks, and implement robust data models.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and frontend engineers; participate in code reviews to uphold quality.
Manage databases and data workflows, including migrations, backups, and recovery processes.
Stay current with industry trends to continuously improve development efficiency and product quality.
