Chemical Process Engineer

Design, implement, and optimize chemical manufacturing processes including anodizing, coating, etching, surface treatment, and cleaning for aerospace fasteners. Develop and maintain process documentation such as SOPs, PFMEA, risk assessments, and safe chemical handling procedures. Monitor process parameters to identify and resolve quality, yield, or efficiency issues; perform MSA and PFMEA on new production processes. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and EH&S to scale up new materials and technologies while ensuring NADCAP, AS9100, REACH, and RoHS compliance. Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions; participate in Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement efforts. Support audits, provide technical input for customers and regulatory inquiries, and manage safety and environmental programs for waste disposal and filtration.
