The role
Drive territory sales performance and product demand in the Rare Disease space within Colorado and Wyoming, building strong customer relationships.
Own the local market strategy, develop LHM-specific business and account plans, and coordinate with cross-functional partners to meet goals.
Demonstrate clinical value, educate on patient access and affordability, and leverage payer insights to optimize access.
Collaborate with Thought Leader Liaisons, Area Business Specialists, Field Reimbursement Managers, Key Account Managers, and Medical Science Liaisons to advance formulary status and pull-through.
Analyze market data, prioritize opportunities, manage the territory budget, and travel up to 75% depending on territory.
Maintain compliance with internal guidelines and corporate values, while developing future field leaders in partnership with cross-functional teams.
